Part 4 of ‘things you didn’t know about Iran Trotter’

The Iran Trotter host Javad Gharaei has in interviews with local media outlets, made so many interesting tips about the show and himself, in response to journalistic questions. Here’s part 4 of his comments.

In the documentary series, we did our best to portray Iran, with the genuine beauty and attraction it has got.

The culture and hospitality of the people and different ethnicities was also a central theme, on which we focused, in order to display the soft aspect of the nation’s life.

Regarding the choice of the region and provinces to visit, we primarily go through a pre-production phase; actually, we first travel to the area several times, see the multitude of locations around, and eventually choose a few to go on our shooting list.

The filming stage also takes several trips. In some regions, we take the excursion during all seasons, say i.e. the spring and summer, as well as the winter. There are areas where the distinction between what you see during different seasons is enormous. Actually, people’s lives also alter as the seasons change, making it inevitable to illustrate all those things in various seasons.
